Singing Rock Expert 3D Speed Buckle Steel Full-Body Harness – ANSI Z359.11 / NFPA Class III
The Singing Rock Expert 3D Speed Buckle Steel is a fully adjustable professional full-body harness designed for rope access, work positioning, fall arrest, work restraint, and confined-space rescue. This version of the Expert 3D uses Speed buckles and steel hardware throughout and is certified to ANSI Z359.11 and NFPA 1983 Class III requirements.
The harness features a wide padded waist belt, anatomically shaped leg loops, and padded shoulder straps for comfort during extended periods of suspended or work-at-height use. Independent adjustment of the shoulder straps and leg loops allows the harness to be fitted to the individual user, while Speed buckles provide fast and fluid adjustment.
Front and rear attachment points provide fall-arrest connections in accordance with EN 361. A lower front attachment point accommodates a descender or work-positioning system in accordance with EN 813, while two side attachment points provide EN 358 work-positioning connections. Shoulder attachment points are provided for confined-space rescue in accordance with EN 1497.
A steel triple-lock carabiner connects the shoulder straps to the main attachment point while providing additional space for installation of a chest ascender. The harness incorporates a smart chest-ascender fixation system, although the chest ascender itself is sold separately.
Removable shoulder-mounted lanyard keepers provide storage for unused lanyard connectors and are designed to release during a fall so the energy absorber can deploy properly. An integrated fall indicator near the dorsal attachment point displays a red retirement indicator if the harness has been subjected to a fall.
Four ergonomic braided gear loops are rated to 5 kg each, while heavier equipment up to 35 kg can be attached to the waist-belt webbing. Additional equipment loops and Porter tool-holder slots provide organized storage for industrial tools and rescue equipment.
Steel buckles feature an E-coating, while steel attachment points are zinc plated for corrosion resistance. Singing Rock tests the steel components using a 48-hour salt-spray exposure.
