Rope Logic Wire Core 1/2" Flipline
The Rope Logic Wire Core 1/2" Flipline is a professional work-positioning lanyard designed for arborists who need the stiffness, durability, and handling characteristics of a wire-core flipline. A flexible 6 mm stainless-steel wire core provides the rigid action needed for efficient positioning around tree trunks and large stems while maintaining enough flexibility for maneuverability during climbing operations.
Rope Logic’s proprietary swaging process captures both the wire core and rope jacket, leaving no exposed wire and eliminating metal-on-metal abrasion at the termination. The 1/2-inch diameter provides a comfortable hand and compatibility with popular adjustment devices, including the Rock Exotica RockGrab and Notch Glide.
Available in 8-, 10-, 12-, and 15-foot lengths with multiple hardware configurations, the flipline can be configured for different climbing and positioning requirements. Termination options include a steel swivel snap or Notch triple-action snap hook.
Important: Wire-core fliplines are not chainsaw-proof. A running chainsaw can sever the flipline.
