The Skedco HMH Shuttle Sked Rope Kit is designed for use with the HMH Shuttle Sked during hazardous-material and hot-zone rescue operations. The kit provides a 200-foot rope system to remotely drag an HMH Sked into and out of the hot zone, allowing rescue personnel to move the litter while staying farther from the hazardous area. Skedco recommends using two rope kits per HMH Sked for efficient hot-zone operations.

The kit uses 200 feet of 1/2-inch solid-braid polypropylene rope. The rope is terminated with a figure-eight knot, secured with a barrel knot, and taped to help prevent unraveling during use. The system includes large aluminum D carabiners for attachment and a Haz-Mat rope storage bag designed to facilitate rapid, tangle-free deployment.

Designed as part of the HMH Shuttle Sked rescue system, this rope kit provides a dedicated deployment and retrieval solution for technical rescue and hazardous-material response teams operating where direct personnel exposure must be minimized.
