Conterra Rope Slider Armor – General 24" or Mountain 17.5"

The Conterra Rope Slider Armor is a flexible, low-friction rope protector designed to help protect rescue and working ropes from abrasion when passing over rough, sharp, or potentially damaging edges. Its smooth surface reduces direct rope-to-edge contact while allowing the rope to move across the protected area.

Constructed from durable high-density polyethylene, the Rope Slider Armor conforms around structural and natural edges to create a protective barrier between the rope and the underlying surface. The lightweight design makes it suitable for technical rescue, industrial rope access, tower, and work-at-height systems where portable edge protection is required.

Vertex Outfitters offers two configurations. The General 24" provides a larger protection area for general technical-rescue and industrial applications. The more compact Mountain 17.5" configuration provides a smaller, lighter option for applications where portability and reduced equipment bulk are preferred.
