NRS NFPA G-Rated Master-D Screw Lock Carabiner – 40 kN
The NRS NFPA G-Rated Master-D Screw Lock Carabiner is a professional rescue connector designed for technical rescue and high-strength rigging applications requiring an NFPA General Use rated carabiner. Its large D-shaped profile provides a high-strength connection point while maintaining a relatively low weight of 127 grams.
Constructed from hot-forged aluminum alloy, the Master-D combines strength and durability with reduced weight compared with traditional heavy rescue connectors. The wide, snag-free gate opening provides clearance for rapid connection to compatible rope-system and rescue components.
The manual screw-lock gate allows the user to positively secure the gate after connection. The Master-D is rated to a minimum breaking strength of 40 kN on the major axis, meeting NFPA requirements for a General Use rated rescue carabiner.
The Master-D is NFPA 1983 certified and provides a dedicated G-Rated connector for technical rescue, mechanical-advantage, anchor, litter, and other professional rope-system applications.
