Malta Dynamics EdgeHog Class 2 Leading Edge SRL with Snap Hook – 20', 30', or 50'

The Malta Dynamics EdgeHog Class 2 Self-Retracting Lifeline is designed for leading-edge applications and foot-level tie-off where conventional SRLs may not be approved. Built for work around exposed edges, the EdgeHog is engineered to withstand the increased forces and abrasion associated with leading-edge falls.

The EdgeHog uses a galvanized steel cable lifeline housed in a rugged thermoplastic body. A 360-degree swivel top connection helps reduce lifeline twisting as the worker moves, while the quick-action braking system is designed to engage rapidly during a fall to control arrest distance and force.

This configuration uses a snap hook and is available with 20-foot, 30-foot, or 50-foot lifelines. The Class 2 design permits use above or below the worker's dorsal D-ring and is suited for rooftops, decking, elevated walkways, structural work, and other environments involving exposed edges.
