Junkin JSA-300PC Plastisol-Coated Basket Stretcher – 1,500 lb. Capacity
The Junkin JSA-300PC is a plastisol-coated basket rescue stretcher designed for technical rescue environments where increased resistance to wear, moisture, and corrosion is desired. Based on Junkin’s traditional Stokes-style JSA-300 platform, the JSA-300PC combines a welded carbon-steel frame with wire-mesh construction and a protective gray plastisol coating.
The stretcher is constructed with a welded 17-gauge carbon-steel frame and 1.5-inch hexagonal wire-mesh lining. Unlike the powder-coated JSA-300, the JSA-300PC is dipped in gray plastisol, which Junkin identifies as a rust-proof coating that provides increased protection against wear and tear.
An integrated leg divider with footplates helps position and support the patient, while four nylon-web patient-restraint straps are included. The lightweight wire-mesh design provides a rigid rescue platform while maintaining a total stretcher weight of approximately 33 pounds.
The JSA-300PC measures 82 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 8.5 inches high and has a rated load capacity of 1,500 pounds. It is manufactured by Junkin Safety in Louisville, Kentucky.
