ISC RED Back-Up Device – Aluminum with Tow Cord and Popper

The ISC RED Back-Up Device is a professional fall-arrest and rope back-up device designed to provide automatic braking in the event of a sudden load on the rope, such as may occur during a main-line failure.

The RED uses ISC's rotational braking design. When subjected to a sudden pull, the device rotates clockwise to generate friction and resistance, producing automatic braking. This aluminum configuration includes a tow cord and popper and is designed for professional rope-access and work-at-height applications.
