The retrofit U-RES-Q pouch automatically ejects a 16 ft rescue ladder when a fall happens. The worker can stand in its loops to take the tension off the harness. It's used in-line between the shock-absorbing lanyard and the anchor point, so you can add it to the lanyards a crew already has. Use with a full-body harness.
