Streamlight Vulcan 180 Rechargeable Lantern
The Streamlight Vulcan 180 is a lightweight, rechargeable professional lantern designed for firefighting, rescue, utility, industrial, and emergency-response operations. Its powerful long-range beam, articulating head, extended runtime, and rugged construction make it well suited for scene illumination, search operations, inspections, and work in challenging environments.
Three high-output white LEDs deliver a concentrated beam with useful peripheral illumination. The 180-degree articulating head allows the beam to be directed where needed and locks in the forward-facing position. A flat base allows the lantern to stand independently for hands-free scene lighting. Two ultra-bright blue rear-facing LEDs improve personnel visibility from behind, including in smoke-filled environments, and can be programmed for on, off, or flashing operation.
A large multifunction push-button switch is designed for operation while wearing gloves. The housing is constructed from high-impact nylon with a rubberized cushioned-grip handle, reinforced D-rings, and a scratch-resistant polycarbonate lens. The lantern is IP64 rated for dust and water resistance and has been impact tested to 2 meters.
This configuration is the Orange Standard System and includes 120V/100V AC and 12V DC charging capability, charging rack, and quick-release shoulder strap. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery includes a battery-status indicator and provides extended operating time for prolonged field operations.
