CMI 2 3/8" Double Aluminum Sheave Pulley – Bushing
The CMI 2 3/8" Double Aluminum Sheave Pulley is a compact, high-strength double pulley designed for rescue, hauling, mechanical-advantage, and professional rope systems. Part of CMI’s original rescue pulley series, it combines two aluminum sheaves with lightweight anodized aluminum side plates for a strong, versatile configuration suitable for demanding field operations.
Both 2 3/8-inch aluminum sheaves operate on durable bushings around a stainless steel axle. The wide-skirt side plate design helps protect the rope as it enters and exits the pulley, while the double-sheave configuration supports compound mechanical-advantage and hauling systems. It accommodates rope up to 5/8 inch in diameter and provides a minimum breaking strength of 14,000 lb. (62 kN).
