Notch Steel Climbers

The Notch Steel Climbers are professional climbing spurs engineered for arborists and utility line workers who need dependable support, comfort, and durability for extended climbing operations. An advanced ergonomic shank places the foot at a more natural angle to help reduce pressure points and fatigue, while the adjustable cuff positions the padded support where it is needed most on the lower leg.

A redesigned cuff helps distribute pressure across the shin, while the dual foot-strap system provides a secure fit across a wide range of climbing boots. The rear strap can be adjusted to the preferred position and left in place, allowing the instep strap to handle routine tightening and removal. An integrated stirrup grip pad provides additional traction and stability during climbing.

Available with either short pole gaffs or long tree gaffs, the Notch Steel Climbers can be configured for utility pole climbing or professional tree care. Replaceable gaffs, straps, pads, fasteners, and related components allow the climbing system to be maintained and serviced rather than replaced as a complete unit.
