Allegro 8" Axial Explosion-Proof Plastic Blower with Canister and 25' Statically Conductive Ducting

The Allegro 8" Axial Explosion-Proof Plastic Blower System is designed for confined-space ventilation and hazardous-location applications where flammable gases, vapors, dusts, or fibers may be present. The complete system combines an explosion-proof axial blower, compact storage canister, and 25 feet of statically conductive ducting for portable forced-air ventilation or extraction.

The blower delivers up to 900 CFM of free-air flow. With one 90-degree bend in the ducting, airflow is rated at 650 CFM, while two 90-degree bends provide 625 CFM. The 1/3 hp explosion-proof, single-phase motor operates on 115V AC power.

A tool-free quick-connect system allows the canister and ducting to be attached to either the intake side for extraction or the output side for ventilation. When not in use, the ducting stores inside the compact canister for easier transport, deployment, and storage.

The safety-orange blower and canister are constructed from lightweight polyethylene that resists corrosion, UV exposure, and many chemicals. The included 25-foot statically conductive ducting uses a neoprene-coated vinyl/polyester construction reinforced with a spring-steel wire helix. When using statically conductive ducting, the integrated grounding wire must be properly grounded in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
